Switzerland has been added to the Europe section of AerialF1, detailing nineteen circuits in the country. Switzerland has a long history with motorsport, although the nation is most famed in this area for banning the sport for 52 years. The country prohibited motorsport after a terrible accident in the 1955 Le Mans which killed 80 spectators and a driver. However in 2007 the ban was lifted, although the parliamentary vote was close, with 97 vs. 77 in favour of the change. Switzerland hosted a round of the Formula One championship between 1950 and 1954 at the Bremgarten Circuit.
