Site Update: North America

The North America page has been adjusted slightly, separating out the Alaska and Hawaii sections. Although both are states of the United States of America, they are geographically quite far from what is usually considered the USA and so they now have their own pages. Furthermore, the KMZ download files have been updated to reflect this as well as adding in a lot of circuits and ovals for the USA. Currently it is a bit of a mess as the file is yet to be fully alphabetised, but I shall slowly work my way through it this week.
